My name is Sue Borrows LaRue and I am a Christian woman. My husband was Daryle Borrows. On May 7, 2012 he was diagnosed with Anaplastic Astro Cytoma (rare malignant brain cancer) and on May 6, 2013 he went home to be with the Lord. My hearts desire is that you will find comfort and allow Jesus to become your heavenly hubby like I did. Through the videos on this site and the continuing videos on YouTubeGoodGriefMinistries (formerly Widows Wednesday) you will hear the amazing testimonies of my life that truly only God could accomplish.

It is sometimes hard to describe all the emotions that passed through me during my darkest hour but what I do know is that God did not want me to stay there and he does not want that for you in whatever dark hour you find yourself.

The Lord has spoken many times that He will not leave or forsake me and that He will be my husband. He gave me HOPE and many times has let me know that I am not alone!

My Daryle was a wonderful husband, devoted dad, a great friend to all, worship leader and a gifted songwriter. The Lord has given me opportunity to speak including at church, ladies groups, women's prison, the radio, National t.v., Spirit Fuel and of course "Widows Wednesday" on You Tube . My book "Good Grief" "A True Story of Love, Loss & New Life" is also available on Amazon and anywhere books are sold. Our local newspaper did a wonderful interview. Here is a recap from our 2022 GGM Retreat  I will venture anywhere God opens a door. I praise God for all he continues to do in my life and I know He is not done with you! That is His promise.

I have come to realize that whatever situations we find ourselves in God is ever present and more than willing to meet us and help us. I pray that my testimony will be of great comfort to all who hear it. Don't give up! We can do this!

                                                                   Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
